To download a file, click your right mouse button while pointing to the file you wish to download. In the picture below you will see the popup menu that will appear (or one like it).
Choose "Save Link As..." and you will see:
Select the directory you wish to save the file in, then hit "OK". You will then begin your download.
I'm not sure what you would do if you're using a Mac, sorry.
